1. To send an encrypted email that encrypts both the attachment(s) and the entire body of the email, open a new email and then click the green lock button in the upper left...
2. It should now say Encryption On and the Send button will say Send Secure
IMPORTANT NOTE: When you send very large files, it will take some time for the system to send the email. The ShareFile icon will show a percentage in the upper right-hand corner (see image below). The email will sit in the Outbox folder until that reaches 100%. PLEASE DO NOT CLOSE OUT OF OUTLOOK UNTIL THAT HAS COMPLETED.
