1. To send an encrypted attachment, open a new email and attach a file(s) like you normally would and then click on Convert Attachments. NOTE: Attachments that exceed 5MB will be automatically sent with ShareFile
2. In a few seconds (larger files may take longer) you should then see the following....
3. Once you see the ShareFile Attachments box in the email, the attachment(s) are encrypted and can be sent to the client.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When you send very large files, it will take some time for the system to send the email. The ShareFile icon will show a percentage in the upper right-hand corner (see image below). The email will sit in the Outbox folder until that reaches 100%. PLEASE DO NOT CLOSE OUT OF OUTLOOK UNTIL THAT HAS COMPLETED.
