The Engagement sync queue has binders sitting in queue that just say Running. Even though they were already synced.




RESOLUTION:

1. In Engagement you need to go to Tools – Options and then Data tab and copy the path for the Local file room location C:\Pfx Engagement\WM\WorkPapers\<USER GUID>

 2. Close Engagement, open My Computer and in the address bar paste the Local file room path.

 3. Search for a file called SyncQeue.xml and delete it.

 4. Reopen Engagement and the sync log should be clear
