1. In order to update your rules in Outlook if there has been a change in a group, open the Rules Management window in Outlook.

  2. Find the rule that you want to update and click on it ONE TIME so that it is highlighted as seen below.

  3. Anywhere that you see the old group in the bottom of that window in blue coloring, click that, and then search for the group again in the search bar.

  4. Remove the old group from the box at the bottom, and add the new group in by double clicking it. When you are finished, the screen should look exactly the same as when you first opened it.

  5. Hit OK, then Apply, and close the Rules Management window.
