In order to send jobs to the printer to be printed later, use the Secure Print feature as described here.


  1. Select the printer you wish to use in the drop-down menu of your Print Dialogue window

  2. Click "Properties", this will open the Printer Properties Menu.
  3. Selec the "Printing options" tab at the top of the window, and then select "Secure Print" in the first drop-down window.

  4. This will open the Secure Print Window. In this Window, enter a passcode (4-10 digits). It can be any number (4-10 digits) you want, it does not have to be the same each time you enter it, and it is not assigned to you from IT.

  5. Confirm the Passcode and hit "OK", then hit "OK" again in the Printer Properties menu.
  6. Hit "Print".
  7. When you are ready to print your items, go to the printer you sent these documents to, and click the Home Button.
  8. Select "Jobs"
  9. Select "Secure Jobs" in the upper right corner.

  10. Select your username and enter the passcode you provided in step 4, and hit "OK.

  11. Click "Print All", or select individual jobs to delete if you no longer need them.
