When you are done for the day, you should be going to Start > user icon > Sign out (see image below).
DO NOT CLICK X ON THE BLUE TOOLBAR. By hitting the X, it keeps your session and apps open, which is a potential security risk. It also causes profile issues and eats up server resources for the other users still logged in and working.
