1. How do I mute notifications while in a meeting/video call (applies to all meetings)
Next to your User icon (upper righthand corner) Click > Settings
Click Notifications and then next to Meetings and Calls, click Edit
Toggle on Mute notifications during meetings and calls
2. How do I hide chats in Teams?
Next to the conversation you want to hide, select > Hide.
3. How do I unhide hidden chats?
Search for the user(s) of the hidden chat and click Show hidden chat history
4. How do I login and logout of Teams on Conference Room PC's?
Open Teams and login with your account and then click No, sign in to this app only
When the meeting is completed, Click user icon > Sign out
