How to schedule a webinar



1. Log into https://zoom.us/webinar using the credentials below

    Email: meeting@smolin.com

    Pass: Please see IT if you misplaced the password


2. Click on the Webinar tab then "schedule a webinar"


3. Fill out the data and time of the webinar and use SLC Webinar Template


4. Choose custom options that fits your Webinar's need...(YOU DON'T NEED TO SELECT A FEATURE IF YOU DON'T NEED IT).


    - You can require attendees to register for the webinar

    - Set a password (recommended)

    - Decide if only the Host shares their video

    - Q&A feature

    - Make webinar on-demand (after scheduled webinar is over the recorded session will be available to people who missed it)

    - Record the webinar

5. Hit Schedule then on the next page scroll down and hit copy the invitation then Copy Attendee information

6. Email the invitation to all attendees (regular email not meeting invite)

7. Once they register they will get a confirmation email and a link for them to add the meeting to their calendar
