AppRiver Held Mail Report is emailed each morning to you. If you need to access it during the day follow these simple steps. We can set the report to be delivered every hour upon request.
1. Go to https://cp.appriver.com (Hit forgot password if you don't remember your password)
2. Hit the Quarantine tab and Spam
3. Check off emails you want released and hit Release
Note: We do not whitelist full domains (only email addresses). Smolin.com should not appear in Held Mail as it is internal email, this is a good indicator of email spoofing (Click here to learn more) and should be reported to IT@smolin.com. If you have international clients their email addresses should be whitelisted ASAP.
