Bind to Office Phone
1. Go down to the bottom of the ZAC app and click the series of numbers and letters, then click "Cancel Bind" to make sure that no other phones are bound.
2. Return to where it now says "Bind to..." and select "Bind by call from Device"
3. Call the number that pops up in the upper right of your screen from your desk phone.
Bind to Cell Phone
1. Go down to the bottom of the ZAC app and click the series of numbers and letters, then click "Cancel Bind" to make sure that no other phones are bound.
2. Return to where it now says "Bind to..." and select "Bind an external phone" and type in your cell phone number.
NOTE: If you do not also cancel your bind before you log off of RDS, you will continue to recieve calls to your cell phone until you do so.
