To re-enable the Acrobat tab in Word 2013, do the following....
1. Close all Word files
2. Login as Admin to RDS server that the user is on and put a shortcut to regedit.exe on the users desktop
3. Double-click the regedit.exe shortcut, enter the users password and navigate to.....

4. Change the LoadBehavior to a value of 3
