Smolin Setup

Smolin team connects to the internet via hardwire connection. The team works on RDS primarily but uses VPN when scanning is required into Engagement. After speed test and evaluation, the client’s internet access is more than adequate to support a strong connection to Smolin’s network.

Recommendations

CCH highly recommends not synchronizing Engagement binders over a VPN connection. If scanning is required, then connect to VPN, scan to a network drive, and then upload them into Engagement on RDS. The hardwired cables must be Cat5e or higher to maximize bandwidth, IT can help identify these cables if needed.
