NOTE: In RDS you can have one monitor or all monitors displaying, no choice of 2 out of the 3.
1. Log off RDS
2. Right click RDS Office or RDS OutofOffice then edit
3. Go to the display tab
4. Uncheck or check "Use all my monitors for remote session"
5. Go back to the General Tab and hit save then connect
