- Restart your machine.
If the issue is still present after restarting your machine complete the following:
- Using the keyboard select the WINDOWS + R keys to get to the run line.
- Type ?:\wfx32\tmp and press ENTER (? is the drive letter that wfx32 is installed on).
- Any PDF files in this folder should be deleted unless they are for a client that is currently being Print Previewed on another workstation.

If you are unable to delete or rename these files you will need to close open PDF files on the server for the location in step 2.

- If you are unable to fine the open files on the server and are still receiving this issue the server may need to be rebooted.
