Here are a few thing you can do to speed up Excel
1. Go to File-Options-General. Change "Use this Font" to Calibri and change "Include this many sheets" to 1 and uncheck "Show the Start screen when this application starts".
2. Go to File>Options>Advanced> Under Display check "Disable hardware graphics acceleration"
3. Disable unnecessary add ins. Got to File>Options>Add-Ins>Choose COM Add-Ins then Go
Disable any add-in not used.

4. Simplify saving. Go to File>Options>Save>Under Save Workbooks check "Don't show the Backstage when opening or saving files"
5. Click
on Proofing and make sure all
settings match
