This message is typically caused by the Microsoft Word template files for CCH ProSystem fx Tax (*.DOT files) not being found in the user's template folder. When a user runs Workstation Setup, the process should copy these files to the user's template folder.
Complete the following to resolve the issue:
- Login with admin account on the RDS server that the user is currently on
- Go to H:\WFX32\INSTALL
- Copy the WFXYY.DOT files to C:\Users\[User ID]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates
